Bill Beaty
Bill Beaty's Web page Design Flaws index page - an excellent critique system for web page designers.

CSS
Cascading Style Sheets are standard web page format, for reasons described by the W3C Consortium in their W3C Sheets Home Page, which also offers a free introduction and tutorials to CSS. CSS, now in version 2, CSS2, has been a standard since 1996 then CSS1. (2005) PC Internet browsers are late to comply, and do not agree on how CSS1 and CSS2 are handled.
